We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded a contract to deliver a comprehensive design and build decarbonisation and refurbishment project at 17B Retford Market Place for Bassetlaw District Council.

This exciting project focuses on enhancing energy efficiency and modernising the facility through a range of sustainable upgrades. The scope of works includes:

• Installation of a new low-carbon Bosch heat pump heating system, including all new pipework and Jaga radiators.
• Replacement of lighting with energy-efficient LED systems throughout the building.
• Installation of a new metal frame ceiling on the ground floor.
• Full redecoration of the premises.
• New flooring installed throughout the property.
• Secondary window glazing to improve thermal efficiency.
• Enhanced loft insulation to reduce energy loss.
• Upgraded reception areas with new bespoke reception desks.

A key part of this project was our collaboration with Bassetlaw District Council to secure funding through the Salix Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme (PSDS), enabling the council to make vital improvements to their facilities while reducing carbon emissions and improving sustainability.
